AI outbound plus real people on the phone

We find the companies ready to buy. Then we actually call them.

Most AI outbound agencies stop at the email. Monasa spots which companies are ready right now, writes to them, and then puts our own callers on the phone. Your team only talks to people who want to talk.

Most sales teams spend their day looking, not selling.

Your reps open lists. They guess who to contact. They send emails nobody opens. They call people who were never going to buy. By the time they get to a real conversation, half the week is gone.

The problem is not effort. It is that nobody tells them who is worth contacting today, and nobody does the boring first contact for them.

Where the AI outbound crowd stops

There are a lot of agencies selling AI outbound right now. Most of them sell you the same thing, which is more email. The gap is what happens after someone reads it.

A typical AI outbound agency

What you usually get

  • A list bought from a database, unchecked
  • AI writes the email and sends volume
  • Replies get forwarded to you, and that is the handover
  • No one ever picks up the phone
  • Nobody follows up when a good lead goes quiet

Monasa

What we do instead

  • Every company checked by hand before it goes in
  • AI writes the email, built around one signal we verified
  • Our own callers work the same list by phone
  • We handle the first objections, so you get a real conversation
  • Meetings land in your calendar with the notes and the recording

Most agencies do one half. We do both.

AI is very good at finding who to contact and writing the first email. It is not good at handling a real objection on the phone. So we use AI for the first half and our own people for the second, off the same list. You can take one half or both.

The AI half

Signals, targeting and email at scale

  • We watch the market for buying signals, like a new hire, new funding, or a new tool
  • We check every company by hand before it goes in
  • AI writes each email around that one signal, so it does not read like a template
  • Replies land in your inbox

The human half

Our own callers on the phone

  • Our callers work from the same signal list, so every call has a reason
  • We call, handle the first objections, and qualify
  • Meetings go straight into your reps' calendars
  • You get the call notes and the recordings

How it works

We start with one call to agree who your best customer is. After that the cycle below runs every week. We do the first three steps. You do the one that makes money.

1

A signal appears

Something we can check from the outside that makes you relevant right now.

2

We find the right person

Not the company mailbox. The person who owns the problem.

3

We reach out

An email about their signal, then one of our people calls.

"Two sites now, one team. That usually breaks somewhere around month three."

Try us for a month

We run a real campaign in your market and show you exactly what came out of it.

  1. You tell us who your ideal customer is
  2. We build the list and set up the campaign
  3. We email them, then we call them
  4. You see every reply and every meeting booked

After that month you know what this is worth in your market, and we scale from there.

Questions people ask

The honest answers, including the ones where we say no.

Who actually makes the calls?

Our own callers, and they only work on your accounts. Not a call centre where someone reads a script for eleven different clients in one afternoon, and not an AI voice.

We train them on your product the same way you would train a new hire. You approve the call script before anyone picks up the phone, and you get the recordings, so you can hear exactly how your company is being represented.

What kind of system do you set up for us?

Three parts, and we build and run all of them.

First, a live list of the companies worth contacting, built from signals like a new hire, a tool switch, fresh funding, or a new office. It updates as the market moves instead of going stale in a spreadsheet.

Second, the outreach itself. Sending inboxes that are set up and warmed properly so your email actually arrives, messaging built around each signal, and the call scripts that match.

Third, the reporting and the handover. You see what was sent, what came back, and what is booked, and the meetings arrive in your calendar and your CRM. There is nothing for you to install and nothing new to log into.

Can we take only one half, either the calling or the AI outbound?

Yes. Some clients only want the calling, because they already know who to target and just need the phone work done. Others only want the system, because they have people who can call but no idea who to call this week.

Both together costs less per meeting, since the same list feeds the emails and the calls. But neither one depends on the other, and you can start with one and add the second later.

What if you contact a customer we already have, or a prospect already in our pipeline?

We work with exclusion lists. Before anything goes out, you give us the accounts to stay away from, which is current customers, open deals, and anyone your reps are already talking to. Every list we build gets checked against it.

If you use HubSpot or Salesforce we can check against your CRM directly, so the exclusions stay current as your pipeline changes and you do not have to maintain a spreadsheet for us.

Is cold calling and cold emailing still allowed in the EU?

Yes, for business to business contact, and there are rules we follow.

We only contact people in their professional role at a business address, we say who we are and why we are calling, we honour any request to be removed straight away, and we keep a record of where each contact came from. In Belgium we also check the do not call list before we phone anyone.

What does it cost?

We work on a fixed monthly retainer, agreed before we start. Not a percentage of your deals and not a surprise invoice.

What it comes to depends on the scope, so how many accounts you want covered, which markets, and whether you want the calling, the system, or both. Email us at info@monasa.io with a rough idea of what you have in mind and we will come back with a concrete number.

The first month is quoted on its own, so you can stop after it without owing anything further.
